Though I'm the creator and developer of the Common Censor service, I'm also it's very first, and perhaps "most avid," user. Frankly, I can't imagine having an Internet connection without using the Censor. Why? For a wide variety of reasons, which you've no-doubt read from me throughout this site already. Even so, I'll say it again: no porn, no spam, no viruses, no ads. Too cool.

There are many products that claim to stop pop up ads and I have used most if not all of them. There has been only one that I have found that actually worked. Common Censor is the best product that I have used. The benefits that I have experienced: my computer has much more speed, little to no pop-up ads and it has also eliminated inappropriate ads which are all essential for every parent to have. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who would like to have a pleasant online experience.

I work on a great many projects online and my E-mail address is literally everywhere. I was greatly dismayed by the huge influx of commercial SPAM E-mail that I was receiving in my inbox on a daily basis. Using Common Censor, I've seen a dramatic decrease in the amount of garbage I have to wade through each day.

Spending many hours doing research online had become a chore because of all the ad popups, which are numerous and slow to load. Common Censor has almost virtually eliminated these nasty popup ads, making my online experience pleasurable again.

I must say, I had my doubts that Common Censor would be anything but just another product making unrealistic claims. This time I'm glad I was proven wrong. :)
